Returns

• Return Period: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 5 days of receiving it.
• Refund Policy:
  • No Refunds After Shipment: Please note that we do not offer refunds except in cases where the product is damaged upon delivery.
  • For damaged items, refunds will be processed after a thorough review and approval of the claim. Once approved, the refund will be issued within 10 working days.

Cancellation

• Cancellation Period: You can able to cancel the order before the shipment at anytime. Once the shipment processed there is no option to cancel the order. Once the order cancelled, the refund will be issued within 10 working days

Exchanges

• Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are available under the following conditions:
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect size
• Exchange Process: Exchanges will be processed within 5 working days after we receive the returned item. Please ensure the product is in its original condition.

If your order was placed with the FREE SHIPPING option, a reverse shipping fee will apply for the exchange.

Important Notes

Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage.

We reserve the right to inspect and validate all exchange and refund requests to ensure they meet the above conditions.
